Conflicts of interest

Cuddly is a product of Takko Technology Oy, owned 50/50 by Takko Advisory Oy and the founder's holding company. The same two people work in both companies. Takko Advisory carries out advisory engagements at C-level and board level. That overlap is real, and the controls below are what we do about it.

The controls that apply, and what each one means in practice.
Control	What it means
Conflict check	Before every engagement, recorded.
Declining	In a company this size, the real control is declining the engagement. We do.
Disclosure and consent	A potential conflict is disclosed in advance. The client decides.
Access transparency	You see every access and can exclude named individuals — including the founders.
Advisory Partner channel	A partner consultant sees only their own engagements.
